Bodywork and occupational therapy play crucial roles in supporting breastfeeding/chest feeding by addressing physical and functional aspects that may impact feeding experience. Bodywork focuses on optimizing the body’s alignment, relieving tension, and improving overall musculoskeletal function. By combining bodywork and lactation care, a comprehensive approach is taken to promote a positive and comfortable feeding experience for both parent and baby.
